Elevance AI is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial that allows you to enhance and preview photos without charge. No refund is applicable for free services.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are available only if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 7 days of the subscription start date
  • You have not used more than 10% of your monthly photo enhancement quota
  • The refund request is made due to a technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, refunds are available if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 30 days of purchase (money-back guarantee)
  • You have not used more than 5% of your annual photo enhancement quota
  • The refund is requested due to a service failure on our part

4. Pay-Per-Use Credits

Credits purchased for pay-per-use plans are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases (within 48 hours)
  • Service discontinuation on our part

5. Processing Time

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact us at refunds@elevanceai.com
  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request
  4. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Photos already enhanced and downloaded
  • Services used beyond the refund eligibility period
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the refund period
  • Third-party fees (payment processing fees, if applicable)

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through our service. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
